This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent, with prices that were reasonable and affordable. Secondly, the location, although in what seemed like an industrial area across the River Hull from the City Centre, was actually near the centre of the town, making it convenient for exploring. Additionally, the staff were attentive and friendly, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, with basic amenities including a large bed and a wonderful view overlooking the deep.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

We spent our evenings in nearby the sailmakers arms enjoying drinks and atmosphere. Location was within walking distance of hull minster and other tourist spots.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being just off the museum quarter and close to the city centre. the staff provide excellent service, with friendly and helpful attitudes. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with stunning views available. the breakfast offers a good choice of quality food. the parking facilities and the peacefulness of the hotel are also positives.

The surrounding area may appear a bit seedy and dark, which could be off-putting for some guests.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location just over the river from the old town quarters is perfect, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep while still being close to the city center. The staff are friendly and provide great service, and the rooms are clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. I was especially impressed with the comfortable bed and the marvelous view over the Humber. The breakfast was also a highlight, with free refills and a wide variety of options.

Slight signs of wear and tear in the hotel. Small TV size in the room.

Stayed at a hotel in Hull for New Year's Eve. Loved the free parking and the view of Humber Estuary from the bar and dining area. the staff were really friendly and helpful, which made the stay enjoyable.

The isolation of the lift areas made me feel a bit uneasy, especially since I was traveling alone. the building design was a bit odd, starting from Level 7 and above a car park.
